Service Delivery Policy

Eventity is a digital service: there is nothing to ship. This policy explains how and when you get what you pay for.
What you receive
A subscription gives your community access to Eventity’s features, within its plan’s limits, in the Eventity app for Android (and iPhone where available) for one month at a time.
When it starts
Card, wallet and online payments: your community is created, or renewed, as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute.
Bank or wallet transfers: your community opens straight away and stays open while we confirm the payment, normally within 1 working day.
Website requests: we contact you on your Eventity phone number to arrange payment; the community appears in the app once it’s confirmed.
Where it’s delivered
In the Eventity app, under your communities, for the account that paid. Nothing is sent by post or courier.
If something goes wrong
If you’ve paid and your community isn’t available within the times above, contact us with your phone number and payment reference and we’ll sort it out or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Support is available by WhatsApp, phone and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 Pakistan time; messages outside those hours are answered the next working day.
